Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Unvera LLC products and services, including software subscriptions and digital products.

General refund eligibility

We offer refunds for subscriptions and digital purchases within 14 days of the original purchase or subscription start date, provided the service has not been substantially used or consumed. A purchase is considered substantially used when the customer has accessed core paid features, generated reports, or exceeded trial-equivalent usage limits.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@unverallc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date, and no partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations initiated mid-cycle, except where required by law.

Refund process

To request a refund, email contact@unverallc.com with your account email, order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptional circumstances

We reserve the right to issue refunds outside of this policy in cases of billing errors, service outages attributable to us, fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.

Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
